Every wheelchair-accessible car we sell undergoes a 120-point inspection before it reaches our forecourt. If we are not happy with any aspect of a wheelchair car, we will not sell it.

We valet every wheelchair car to the highest standard, whether it needs it or not. We would not expect a customer to sit in a vehicle that shows any signs of a former keeper, and we certainly would not sell a wheelchair car with faults.

Every wheelchair car over 2.5 years old will receive 12 months’ MOT.

Delivery

We like to think of ourselves as your local WAV dealer. To us, the country is small, and we can deliver wheelchair cars anywhere – sometimes for a low fee and sometimes for free. Just ask!

We also deliver wheelchair cars to Ireland, with VRT advice provided, as well as the Isle of Man and other locations. Just ask us what is possible.

Warranty

Every wheelchair-accessible car we sell comes with a warranty.

Part Exchange?

Yes. We can take an unadapted car in part exchange, or another wheelchair-adapted car. We are also always more than happy to buy wheelchair-accessible cars.

Types of Wheelchair Cars

There are lots of different types of wheelchair-adapted cars for sale. We believe there is no single type of wheelchair-accessible car that suits everyone’s needs, as there are many things to consider.

These can include the size of the ramp, number of seats, length of the floor, type of rear door, wheelchair hoist, wheelchair lift, or a lowered floor and ramp.

When buying a wheelchair-adapted car from us, we aim to understand your individual requirements. If you are unsure or have any doubts, we are always happy to help.

Ideally, we would like the wheelchair user to try the wheelchair-accessible car before you buy. More specifically, we would like you to try getting the wheelchair user into and out of the adapted car yourself. This isn’t because we are lazy – it is because we want to make sure you can comfortably manage the vehicle on your own.

Payment

You can pay for your wheelchair car at delivery by debit or credit card (by arrangement), bank transfer, or cash – although we would rather you didn’t!

We are also FCA-authorised to arrange finance.

Hire

Sorry, we no longer offer WAVs for hire.
